These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of aquaturo.eu and all inquiries, quotations, and purchases made through Teknovo UAB

2.3. Images and descriptions may differ slightly from actual products due to manufacturer updates.
3. Ordering Process
3.1. Orders are placed through email or phone only.
3.2. An order becomes binding once Teknovo UAB issues a proforma invoice.
3.3. The sales contract is valid until both parties fulfil all obligations.
3.4. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to payment without providing a reason.
4. Prices & Payment
4.1. Prices are provided in writing and may change until the proforma invoice is issued.
4.2. Payment is made by bank transfer based on the proforma invoice.
4.3. An order is processed only after full payment is received.
4.4. Late payments exceeding 5 calendar days may incur a 20 EUR administrative fee.
4.5. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the order.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery times depend on stock availability.
– Standard stock delivery: 2–3 business days.
– Special orders or out-of-stock items: up to 30 days.
5.2. Delays may occur due to supplier lead times or logistics issues. Teknovo UAB is not liable for delays outside its control.
5.3. Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer.
5.4. The buyer must inspect the shipment upon receipt and report damage or missing items immediately.
5.5. Delivery costs are payable by the buyer unless stated otherwise.
6. Returns & Cancellations
6.1. Returns are handled according to EU consumer law.
6.2. Products may be returned within 14 days if:
– the item is unused,
– in original, undamaged packaging,
– not installed or tested.
6.3. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.
6.4. Custom orders, special orders, or manufacturer-specific configurations are non-returnable.
6.5. Commercial buyers (B2B) may have different return conditions depending on the agreement.
7. Warranty
7.1. Warranty terms are determined by the manufacturer (e.g., Elkay, Oasis).
7.2. Warranty does not cover:
– improper installation,
– misuse,
– physical damage,
– incorrect water supply or filtration setup,
– damage during transport if caused by the buyer or carrier.
7.3. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase and evidence of the issue.
7.4. Teknovo UAB is not responsible for third-party installation mistakes.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate order and delivery information.
8.2. Teknovo UAB is not liable for losses or damages resulting from:
– delayed delivery,
– incorrect use or installation of products,
– improper storage or handling,
– external factors beyond our control (force majeure).
8.3. Under no circumstances will Teknovo UAB be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Use of Website
9.1. All content on aquaturo.eu is owned by or licensed to Teknovo UAB
9.2. You may not copy, distribute, or use the website’s content without written permission.
